Pat O’Connor, CFP, CLU, Ch.F.C., TEP, Founder and President
Now in his 26th year in business, Pat has learned a few things about how the business owner’s mind operates. He believes his greatest assets are his ability to listen and empathize with the unique needs of his clients. Pat is driven by his desire to make a real difference in the lives of his clients, their businesses, their families, and the communities they serve.

A total team approach to planning is at the center of Pat’s approach. He has extensive
experience and facilitating advisory teams, executive boards, and multi generational families.
Pat and his wife Jenny are the parents to 5 daughters. Promoting community involvement and philanthropy is a large part of Pat’s professional and personal life. Pat is an avid fisherman and runner who recently completed his 23rd marathon. |

Colin Drewe, CLU, CEBS, Blackwood Benefits Group
Since 1992, Colin has spent time in Edmonton, Calgary, Regina and Winnipeg working with advisors, consultants and customers in the design, marketing and sales of employee benefit programs. He is currently located in Calgary and is responsible for the customer base for Western Canada with Blackwood Wealth Planning. Colin holds a B. Comm. degree from the University of Manitoba.

Mary Domitruk, FLMI, ACS, AIAA
Mary has held an administrative role at Blackwood Wealth Planning for the past 6 years, coordinating the operation of processes for all lines of business. Mary has worked in the insurance industry since 1992. Prior to joining the industry, Mary graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Human Ecology (Foods and Nutrition) in 1991. Industry designations include Associate, Customer Service (ACS), Associate, Insurance Agency Administration (AIAA), and Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI).

Daniela Esquivel Ortiz
Daniela has recently joined the Blackwood Wealth Planning Team. Daniela’s role is to assist in coordinating the operation of various processes for all lines of business. Daniela graduated from the Red River College Business Administration program in May of 2009.
